Catrine Bowling Club 2011
Welcome to Catrine Bowling Club
Catrine Bowling Club has a proud history and was established in 1872. The club has a reputation of being one of the most scenic and beautiful places to play bowls, due to being situated next to the River Ayr and surrounded by a wide variety of colourful plants and ancient trees. Another major attractions is the adjacent system of historic Voes which highlight Catrine's heritage as one of the most important model villages of the once mighty Cotton industry.
Catrine Bowling Club welcomes new members and consequently runs an ongoing promotion for 1/2 price membership deals for the first year. Visitors to the club are also welcome to enter for any of the sponsored, open competitions or simply to come along and spectate.
The club boasts a large and decorative hall which is available to book for private parties and wedding receptions. Use the links on the site to explore these options in detail.
Don't forget to sign the guestbook before you leave. Please note that the guestbook may not work when using a work connection due to firewall and/or proxy restrictions.
